Company history

Arriyadh Holding Company was established in 1985 AD to fulfill the vision of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, when he was the Emir of the Riyadh region at that time, in the renewal of the central Riyadh area under the name of Al-Megleya Company.
In the year 1433 AH corresponding to 2012 AD, it was transformed into the Riyadh Holding Company. The company was and still is a pioneer in the field of real estate development in the city of Riyadh through its development of Al-Megleya Center, which is the first air-conditioned commercial center for the wholesale retail sector in Riyadh, and through its development of several quality projects in the field of public benefit services.
